One Mr Ugochukwu Agu, a brother to an Enugu top female politician, the acting chairman of Enugu State Independent Electral Commission (ENSIEC) was got by a brave young lady, who is married to a parkistian man after robbing her and her neighbours in their house at Trans-Ekulu Enugu around 4am on Friday morning.
The lady held onto him as he beat and kicks her but she kept holding and shouting for help until people came to her rescue and apprehended him.
He was caught with his Toyota Camery car filled with many stolen valuables.
He was taken to Trans-Ekulu police station but was later transferred to Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) Enugu for further investigation.
The sister whom he lives with in her Trans-Ekulu residence is making effort by using all her connections to release him but is noted that the man in question is a notorious armed robber, who has robbed many homes and raped many women.
He has robbed over 40 homes in the area. He is known and dreaded by the people for raping and robbery. He was also reportedly to have raped a married woman in front of her husband at gun point.
